Welcome to NowLifeguard™. By accessing and using our website (www.NowLifeguard.com) and our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before booking any training courses.

1. General Terms

1.1 NowLifeguard™ provides Red Cross-certified lifeguard training and instructor courses in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Louisiana.
1.2 These Terms apply to all users, including individuals, businesses, and organizations booking training services through our website.
1.3 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 All training courses must be booked through our official website or via direct communication with NowLifeguard™.
2.2 Clients are required to provide accurate information during the booking process.
2.3 Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Training Requirements

3.1 Clients must have access to a pool to host lifeguard certification training. NowLifeguard™ does not provide a pool for training sessions.
3.2 Participants must meet minimum age and physical fitness requirements as set by the American Red Cross.
3.3 Trainees are responsible for bringing any required personal equipment (such as swimsuits, towels, and personal identification).

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

4.1 Client Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled training for a partial refund (subject to administrative fees).
Cancellations made within 72 hours of training are non-refundable.

4.2 NowLifeguard™ Cancellations

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation by NowLifeguard™, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Liability & Waiver

5.1 NowLifeguard™ provides professional training to prepare individuals for lifeguarding responsibilities but does not guarantee job placement or success in certification exams.
5.2 By participating in training, clients acknowledge that lifeguard training involves physical activity and inherent risks.
5.3 NowLifeguard™ is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur during or after training.
5.4 All participants must sign a liability waiver before attending a training session.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Clients and trainees are expected to maintain professionalism and respect during training.
6.2 Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or failure to follow safety protocols may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 NowLifeguard™ respects client privacy and follows strict data protection policies.
7.2 We collect personal information only for booking, communication, and training certification purposes.
7.3 We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on NowLifeguard.com, including logos, course materials, and branding, is the property of NowLifeguard™ and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

9. Governing Law
