Refund Policy

At NowLifeguard™, we are committed to providing high-quality Red Cross-certified lifeguard training. Due to the nature of our training programs and the scheduling requirements involved, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all bookings.

1. Refund Policy

Refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to the start of the in-person class. If you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the scheduled class date, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of class, including for the following reasons:

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend

  • Personal emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you’re unable to attend your scheduled class, you may reschedule to a future session at no additional cost.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Requests must be made prior to the start of the class.

  • There is no rescheduling fee.

3. Course Cancellations by NowLifeguard™

If a course is canceled by NowLifeguard due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, instructor illness, or low enrollment), you will be offered:

  • The option to reschedule for a future class date, or

  • A full refund if a rescheduled date is not possible
